A couple of weekends ago, Mike, Lucy, Marley and I were enjoying a calm Sunday afternoon. Lucy looked a little bored, so we handed her Sophie the Giraffe.....and she took it!
This is the first time she has held an object by herself!
We were so proud of her! We kept cheering her on!
Sophie is turning out to be such a great friend!
And a tasty friend too!
I was so happy at our little girl's milestone....I was laughing and crying at the same time!
If she's anything like her Momma, she'll have a foot in her mouth plenty of times in her life, but for right now, these hooves seem to be just the right fit!
