My Wedding Wednesday - Formal Shots

For this week's installment, I wanted to put in some of the 'Formal Shots' taken before and after the wedding. Enjoy!

This is a shot we took before the wedding in the room that I got ready in. Michael and I spent about 5 minutes talking with each other and calming nerves before we said "I Do!" I highly recommend this to any Bride and Groom - it helps to keep you focused during the vows and we were able to sneak a kiss in before the ceremony!

Isn't the flower arrangement on the light fixture amazing? This was one of my favorite pieces because of it's detail and beauty. I adored our floral designer, Leah and our big day would not have been as beautiful without her!

Our Lover's Walk in the woods.....this is actually a little wooded section on the property. I love this shot though - it looks mysterious and romantic!

Michael and me under a beautiful tree in the back yard with the house behind us. This was right after the ceremony and I can see that the heat has taken it's toll!

And here we are as we are about to leave for the ceremony. We are definitely battling the fatigue from the heat and the giddiness of seeing all of our friends and family! I think Michael's parent's house in the background is so beautiful. I will always feel blessed to have married there!
