Happy Halloween Lucy Lovers!
When I posted these pictures on Facebook, a few people said they thought this was Lucy's Halloween costume, So I thought I would make this our blog for today!
Since Lucy was born at UT Hospital, a teaching hospital, she was a candidate for developmental research. We thought it was a good opportunity for scientific development, so we took part in it.
They hooked her up to an EEG machine and we sat infront of a television screen which displayed different images. The grad students conducting the studies took note of what Lucy's brain reacted to on the screen.
She sat in my lap and overall was pretty good! I think these pictures are just adorable and I am so proud that she could be a part of the study! Who knows, maybe the results will help make a huge milestone in toys or developmental tools for babies in the future! And Lucy can say that she was a part of it!
